      公司具有国内领先技术的平面变压器、电感器产品，并已形成系列型谱，功率涵盖30W-20KW各种电源拓扑结构产品。该产品主要配套3G通信基站电源模块和军用电源小型化项目。新型金属管壳平行封焊封装MIL-STD-1553B隔离变压器产品符合宇航级要求。公司设计团队依托国内领先的金属磁粉芯技术、超微晶技术、以及对这些材料应用电子电路知识的深刻理解，设计的大功率电感器广泛应用于逆变电源、光伏和风力发电并网逆变系统中、军用雷达系统中。公司的电力电子团队研制的有源电力滤波器产品助推钢铁、水泥、矿井、石化、军工等行业的节能改造项目。

本实用新型提供了一种组合式电感器，包括呈盒状的第一磁芯、及位于所述第一磁芯内的第二磁芯，所述第一磁芯设有收容所述第二磁芯的收容腔及位于收容腔两端的端壁，所述端壁的内表面上设有支撑所述第二磁芯的支撑部。相较于现有技术，本实用新型所述的组合式电感器同时具备了两种磁芯的特点，具有阶梯饱和特性，能够在轻载和重载都能很好的滤除干扰。

中国网・滨海高新讯 12月31日，北京・滦南“迎新年 话发展”座谈暨项目招商会在北京举行。会上，共有12个项目签约，签约金额达60亿元。

　　12个项目共划分为三大类，分别为：

　　一、城西工业聚集区签约项目。

　　包括6个项目：唐山万浦热电有限公司2*350MW供热发电机组二期迁址扩建项目；唐山尚新融大电子产品有限公司军用感性器件及高端合金金属磁粉心、纳米晶磁芯项目；航天科工集团三院北京华航海鹰新技术开发有限责任公司毫米波安检门生产基地及机车车载多普勒测速雷达生产线项目（尚新融大合作伙伴）；河北粹芳鲜食品有限公司中式熟食品深加工项目；北京世艺印刷有限公司书刊，彩色包装印刷项目；滦南铁路器材厂项目                                                               唐山尚新融大电子产品有限公司投资兴建军用感性器件及高端合金金属磁粉心、纳米晶磁芯项目。项目选址于滦南县城西工业区，计划总投资1.3亿元，占地40亩。主要建设宇航级感性器件生产线以及新能源并网逆变器、电动汽车用高端合金金属磁粉心、节能变压器用非晶、纳米晶磁芯等产品生产线。项目建成后可实现年产值4亿元，利税4000万元，安置就业800人。

我公司参加吴海英副市长调研

2011年11月12日，唐山市委常委吴海鹰副市带领由科技、发改、工促、人保等各个市局有关同志到滦南调研市政府《关于2011年加快创新型城市建设促进经济发展方式转变的实施意见》实施情况，会议由常务副县长蔡春奎主持，张国栋书记参加会议并发言，县各个局领导参加。我公司董事长李建江代表创新型企业参加会议并介绍企业走自主创新+自主知识产权+产业化+可持续发展之路情况，结合参与国防项目配套、新型产品研发结合目前经济形势，简要论述创新及品牌的重要性。与会领导对我公司的创新之路表示赞许，吴海鹰市长鼓励我公司坚持不懈走创新之路并要求市县各级领导及部门以后给予像尚新融大一样的创新企业更多支持！

有源电力滤波器获得省财政厅资金支持

我公司磁电结合工程技术研究中心研发的节电产品——有源电力滤波器产品获得河北省特色产业中小企业发展资金支持。

省发改委、招商局、市招商局考察

2011年10月12日，在我县招商局王娟局长陪同下，省发改委、招商局、市招商局有关专家领导到我公司考察高端合金金属磁粉心项目。我公司金属磁粉心产品为省级重点产品，目前已经获得河北省中小企业创新基金、河北省招商局资金支持。与会专家领导高度评价我公司创新能力，并鼓励我公司进一步加大研发投入，研制出更多符合国家战略新兴产业要求的新技术、新产品。

航天保密专家培训——启动保密认证工作

我公司开始启动军工保密认证工作，并约请航天三院35所保密处专家领导为公司公司员工进行培训。

2011年9月17日 ，我公司参加第二届曹妃甸国际投资洽谈会项目成果对接会，科技部、河北省科技厅、有关领导参加，唐山市委常委吴海英副市长参加。我公司与航天科工集团惯性技术有限公司签订磁电结合工程技术研究中心合作协议。航天科工集团航天三院惯性技术有限公司总师陈京宜（左）与我公司董事长李建江（右）签署项目合作协议。双方采用磁电结合的方式进行航天电源、宇航磁性材料及感性器件，磁集成、新能源电源等领域的研究工作。并建立长期战略合作伙伴关系。双方正在和清华大学洽谈三方合作整合软硬件资源在河北省申请省级磁电结合工程技术研发中心及磁电结合实验室的相关事宜。


2010年8月29日,国家工信部产业信息化处处长王建伟、中国经济联合会信息化委员会总干事长高振刚一行,在我县工信局和科技局领导陪同下,考察了我公司产品及生产线.并对我公司"工业企业谐波治理及节电信息化装置及系统"及有源电力滤波器等产品给予高度评价,并提出要紧紧围绕国家"两化融合"和节能减排"工作,加大研发力度.为唐山"两化融合"和节能减排做贡献.对于我公司建立"高可靠性节能产品及物联网工程技术研究中心"工作表示赞许. 我县工信局和科技局领导提出我县在政策、用地、税务等方面会给予我公司大力支持，并期望我公司能对北京的电子高科技企业起一个带动作用，争取在我县建立一个滦南县“北京高科技电子企业产业集聚区”，为我县产业结构调整，促进我县良性、持续发展做贡献。

建立朝鲜平壤加工基地

从长远战略角度考虑，公司的发展需要一个成本适宜并满足可持续发展的加工基地。公司与香港卓佳国际成立合资公司——唐山卓大电子有限公司，并在朝鲜民主主义人民共和国首都平壤龙城高新技术开发区建立加工基地，目前加工基地已经进入员工培训阶段，预计10月底开始运营。加工基地的建立将使我公司具有更大的规模和成本优势，也将大大提高我公司为广大国内外客户提供产品加工及配套服务的能力！

金属磁粉心“罐型磁心”专利证书

金属磁粉心“罐型磁心”获得国家专利局实用新型授权证书

简介：本实用新型提供了一种罐型磁芯，其由一种或多种金属软磁粉末制作而成，所述粉末粒径为5mm-180mm，所述罐型磁芯的外径为4cm-15cm，罐壁厚为2mm-2cm，底厚为5mm-3cm，高度为2cm-8cm，所述罐型磁芯的侧面设有一宽度为10mm-20mm的槽口。相较于现有技术，本实用新型所述的罐型磁芯采用多种金属合金软磁粉末制作而成，其具有良好的直流叠加特性、非常好的电磁屏蔽特性、极低的磁芯损耗、非常高的绕线窗口利用率。

依托我公司创新能力成功申请省级支持项目

我公司与清华大学合作申报河北省省校合作项目
      ——“高端合金金属磁粉心开发及产业化项目”，已经通过初审！



我公司申报河北省中小企业创新基金项目
       ——太阳光伏发电及风电并网逆变器用大电流低损耗铁硅合金磁粉心。已经通过审批，签定项目合同。

为了满足航天、航空整机对感性器件加工的高要求，我公司对新工作场地进行升级改造，建立10万级净化车间，现已工投入使用。生产环境的升级改造，将进一步提升我公司为航天科研院所提供配套服务的能力！


我公司又一专利，获得国家专利局审批。目前专利涵盖我公司新型变压器（产品一部）、大功率密度电感器（产品二部）、太阳能智能光伏、有源电力滤波器（产品三部）、新型金属磁粉心磁芯（产品四部，磁性材料事业部）。目前公司正在制定公司新技术创新五年发展规划，朝着公司“创新型，节能、绿色，高可靠性电子产品品牌服务商”的目标稳步迈进。

      2010年8月31日,我县(唐山滦南县)分管工业副县长于军、胡副县长、工促局王局长、科技局冯局长、荣副局长一行到我公司考察调研我公司“军用感性器件及节能产品项目情况。我公司董事长做了汇报，简要介绍了公司的规划、核心技术产品、主要应用领域、主要顾客情况。

       于县长强调，我公司产品符合我县产业结构调整需要。作为我县第一家具有自主知识产权军工产品企业，县里要给予大力支持。并希望我公司坚持不断创新，快速发展，为国防事业做贡献。并期望我公司项目能够作为我县对北京高科技电子企业招商引资的示范工程。
